Daniel is that person. He is one of the most intelligent, caring articulate, persons I know . He has had a phenomenal career in the government and now in the private sector, taking care of people and solving problems.

I work for the United States, federal government, and sometimes the bureaucracy and red tape of policy keeps us from getting what we need done but having an educated experienced caring perspective always results in solutions… the job done .
I am a director with ESDC and was having some issues with my boss. When I reached out to Daniel, he was very quick to make me realize that although I felt there was no fixing what had been broken, that there were in fact several ways of resolving and addressing the situation. As my coach, he walked me through every step and explained the reasoning behind each of them, which all made perfect sense to me once I changed my mindset.
